Sukhwal says that he first started this by going to Indore and now the people of Bhilwara are getting the taste. The people here liked Sabudana Vada very much. The trend was such that I opened two branches in the city itself. There is maximum demand for Sabudana Vada at both the places.

The specialty of Sabudana Vada is that it remains crispy. Such Sabudana Vada cannot be made easily at home. The curd used in this is also made at home. Customer Kuldeep says that I have been coming here for two-three years to eat Sabudana Vada. Its taste is so wonderful that I ate it for the first time and after that I keep coming here to eat.
